Access your competitors' ads

Their ads and paid creators are public.

These tools have been live for a while but the awareness of them still seems quite low. When I mention these to marketers many are surprised (and stoked) to hear this is possible.

All of the ads on Google and Meta are publicly available and searchable. For brands that like to monitor their competitors’ campaign strategies, these are a goldmine:

If you’re not using these already, try searching for competitors or your favourite brands by their name or website URL. Chances are you’ll see some ads you weren’t aware of.

You can also search paid partnerships on YouTube and Meta (Instagram and Facebook):

I had no idea Yeti was paying so many brand ambassadors for YouTube content or was targeting the golf market.

Meta Branded Content Search is searchable by both brand and creator.
